Breadmaking Workshop

As part of our commitment to having local food lunches, the Miller Team baked traditional sourdough bread to share today.
Inspired by breadmaking guru Andrew Whiteley, the two loaves were made over a 36 hour period using a rye starter which originally came from eastern Europe.

£1.7 Million Boost for Rural Bridgend

More than £1.7m will be made available over the next three years for rural projects in Bridgend County Borough.
It follows a successful bid by Bridgend County Borough Council supported by Miller Research for funding to the Welsh Assembly Government under the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007 - 2013.
