Cross Professional Working
As a commitment to holistic working within multi-disciplinary teams, Miller Research
places significant focus on its generic as well as technical skills. This is demonstrated
in consultants act as cross professional strategic project managers on a diverse
range of projects, with the objective to ensure dialogue, sharing issues and developing
joint ideas so that resources are maximised fully and innovative and sustainable
solutions are met. This approach is underpinned by our work for the former Academy
for Sustainable Communities and the Regeneration Skills Collective Wales, which
looked at cross professional skills in regeneration. Feedback from clients indicate
that this way of working provides an integrated and customer focussed approach that
deals with strategic headlines, resource issues and issue/risk/progress reporting.
