Databases, whether on or offline, can provide an excellent resource to store and
display important information. As more and more information builds up there becomes
a need to effectively organise it should the reader want to access it quickly. Miller
Research consultants are highly experienced practitioners of both online and offline
databases and can provide advice and assistance to anyone needing help at any stage
of their database development. We use Microsoft Access for offline databases and
Microsoft SQL Server for online. Acknowledging the importance of data security we
have signed up to the data protection act and draft data policies depending on the
confidentiality of data and the subsequent required security.
