Touchscreen Surveys
Miller Research has recently acquired a set of state-of-the-art touchscreen terminals.
These screens greatly improve the speed, reliability and response rate of survey
work and provide a user-friendly interactive space for gathering public opinion.
We use Digivey software that makes full use of the opportunities of modern touch
screen technology. The resulting respondent interface is engaging and interesting,
keeps respondent fatigue low and survey participation rates high. In addition, the
use of digital surveys reduces demand of paper supplies and is therefore more environmentally
friendly.
