Our Values

Miller Research is committed to flexible, collaborative and ethical practice. It takes pride in devising solutions that promote sustainability, produce tangible outcomes, and leave positive legacies to communities. To achieve this the Miller Research team embraces innovation and mutual learning, challenges accepted norms, and fosters a culture in which ideas can freely develop.

Our Commitment To Quality

Miller Research’s commitment to project management and quality is underpinned by our ISO9001:2008 quality accreditation and is demonstrated through timely delivery, excellent client communication and effective risk management. Miller Research is currently working towards new ISO standard 9001:2015.

Miller Research complies with the Cyber Essentials Scheme, accredited by the IASME Consortium.

Our Environmental Policy

Miller Research works with individuals and companies who actively support environmental practices. The company is committed to supporting action on environmental issues in and around its local community and has pledged to observe the principles of its environmental policy when business activities require national or international travel. We are proud to have achieved the ISO14001 standard in support of this and are currently working towards the latest ISO standard 14001:2015.

In February 2015, Miller Research moved into a new office that is heated by a biomass boiler, powered by Photovoltaic panels and a wind turbine, and lit by LEDs. The building is carbon positive and was awarded an Energy Performance Certificate Rating of A+. We are particularly proud of this rating because at the time only 11 of 27,210 non-domestic properties in Wales had received an A+ rating since they were introduced in 2008.
