Project Summary:
Miller research has recently been commissioned by Energy and Utility Skills to conduct an independent evaluation of the Low Carbon and Marine Power Institute in Wales. The evaluation seeks to establish a baseline position against which the subsequent mid-term and final evaluations can be compared. As such, the evaluation comprises three distinct elements;
– A baseline study – as of December 2013;
– A formative (mid-term) evaluation – during February / March 2014, and
– A summative (final) evaluation – during October / November 2014.
The research aims to measure the impact and success of the institute in enhancing skills needs and business performance of employers in Wales.
