Project Summary:
Miller Research Ltd were commissioned by the National Botanic Garden of Wales to carry out an independent evaluation of the Growing the Future project. Growing the Future (GtF) is a £1.4m training programme aimed at stimulating horticultural growing skills in Wales, delivering training through a network of primary and secondary hubs to a projected total of 1248 people over the period to January 2015. The research includes a baseline, interim and final evaluation using an online survey of beneficiaries and telephone interviews with project stakeholders and trainers to determine to economic and social impact of the project.
