Jess is a highly qualified social researcher and successful project manager with extensive experience coordinating research projects, evaluations and feasibility studies for the Welsh Government, Citizens Advice, Qualifications Wales, Public Health Wales and many more. One of Jess’s main strengths as a project manager is creating a positive rapport with her clients, enabling her to support change in the sectors in which she works. Much of Jess’s recent work has been around assisting educational reform in Wales.
Away from the office Jess is part of the zero-waste movement and enjoys helping her local community group Rhiwbina Against Plastic create change in North Cardiff. Jess is an animal lover and has pet guinea pigs, Marmaduke and Floyd, Alfie the cockerpoo and a cat called Mills. She also enjoys spending time with her family’s numerous cats, dogs, chameleons, geckos and rabbits.
