Geof Andrews
Associate Director

Geof Andrews is an Associate Director at Miller Research with a broad portfolio of research and evaluation work across Wales and the UK. Geof has a keen appetite for learning, both through the projects he delivers and the theoretical underpinnings of social research. He is particularly interested in uncovering and articulating the narrative behind headline findings, helping clients to understand the why behind the what.

As an evaluation specialist, Geof has experience applying theory-based approaches in practice, including Theory of Change and Realist evaluation. He designs clear and useful evaluation frameworks that support meaningful learning and practical decision-making.

Geof has managed projects across a wide range of sectors, including early years and education, sustainability and decarbonisation, agriculture and horticulture, and science and technology. His work has covered areas as diverse as childhood health, dairy farming and energy infrastructure.

In his Associate Director role, Geof provides day-to-day leadership across project teams and ensures high standards of quality and delivery throughout the life of a commission.

Outside of work, Geof lives on the top of a Welsh mountain with his family, pets and allotment. In any free time, he enjoys music, gardening, cooking and military history.
