Our approach combines robust evaluation frameworks with inclusive and innovative methods of engagement to help clients understand the impact, effectiveness and long-term value of their programmes. We design evaluations in line with recognised best practice, including HM Treasury’s Magenta Book guidance, using approaches such as theory of change development, mixed-method analysis and contribution-focused evaluation to understand not only what works, but why outcomes occur and how programmes can be improved.
We place particular emphasis on understanding lived experience and the practical impact of policy and services on people’s daily lives. Through stakeholder engagement, evidence review and qualitative and quantitative research, we support organisations to make informed, evidence-based decisions that are grounded in real-world needs.
