Hannah Rigley
Senior Consultant

Hannah is a Senior Consultant at Miller Research with an interdisciplinary background in sustainability planning and environmental policy and a specialism in stakeholder engagement.

Since joining Miller Research in 2021, Hannah has built a significant portfolio in managing and directing projects in areas such as education, sustainable development, and food and drink as well as societal transitions in order to benefit communities in Wales and beyond. Prior to joining Miller Research, Hannah worked at Cardiff University and in creative organisations in Cardiff, bringing a wealth of experience which aligns with a wide variety of Miller Research’s projects.

Hannah has extensive expertise in stakeholder engagement, qualitative research and consultation analysis. She has led several large commissions including the consultation analysis and engagement for the review of the healthy eating in schools regulations and statutory guidance for the Welsh Government, the evaluation of Repair and Reuse Activities for Wales, and the evaluation of Media Cymru. Hannah also leads Exhibit C, a platform we have developed to support community organisations through quantifying carbon savings.

Outside of work Hannah spends her time walking and running in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park alongside her voluntary role as a Trustee for the Inland Waterways Association, a charity that works to protect and restore the UK’s 7,000 miles of canals and rivers. She is also an avid parkrunner, and is part of the core team for the local event.
