A qualified Agile Project Management Practitioner, Katie has led and supported a wide range of projects across sustainability, public policy, behaviour change, and education since joining Miller Research in 2022. Her expertise spans public infrastructure and placemaking, sustainable behaviour change, inclusive environmental policy, and communications — drawing on five years of prior experience in the marketing sector. A fluent Welsh speaker, Katie regularly manages bilingual fieldwork and analysis across in‑person, online and mixed‑method projects.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys cooking vegan food, bouldering, practising yoga, attending gigs and travelling. Despite her love of discovering new places, she feels most at home exploring local landscapes of the Gower and the Brecon Beacons.
