Kerry is a senior consultant at Miller Research and has been with Miller Research since 2005. Her specialist areas include health and social care, and education and she has led a number of high-profile commissions for Welsh Government, Public Health Wales, a variety of health boards and Public Services Boards, Qualifications Wales and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales. She is also heavily involved in Miller Research’s work on rural development, agriculture and tourism and has extensive experience of evaluating projects funded through the current and previous rounds of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. 

She has a master’s degree in Regeneration and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, both from Cardiff University. She is member of the Social Research Association and has been published in both the Journal of Integrated Care and the SRA’s Research Matters magazine.  

Kerry enjoys sport at a very amateurish level, in particular hill walking, horse riding and tennis. She has been considerably involved in her local community for many years, initially volunteering for an advocacy group for people with learning disabilities and joining a group that visited Southern Ethiopia to carry out a scoping exercise for community links between Abergavenny and Yirgacheffe.  She is currently on the Finance Committee of Abergavenny Community Trust, a registered charity that manages the thriving Abergavenny Community Centre located at a former infant school site.
