Lili has contributed to a wide range of projects in her time at Miller Research, including most recently Best Start, Wales Minimum Digital Living Standards, Multi-Lingual Learners, and INSET. Through research and evaluation, she is committed to supporting evidence-based change and meaningful improvements in policy and practice.
Her BSCEcon (Hons) degree provided a strong grounding in policy analysis and an understanding of how historical and political contexts shape contemporary social issues. With a strong interest in social policy, Lili brings a broad range of experience from her work within the NHS and the civil service, alongside lived experience of caring responsibilities. Through these roles, she has developed practical experience in qualitative and quantitative research, using evidence to inform decision-making and support service improvement. This combination of academic insight and professional experience has shaped her approach to social research, with particular strengths in health and wellbeing, early years development, technology, and inclusive research, with a focus on accessibility and disability.
Outside of work, Lili enjoys baking, writing, and walking, and curating a growing collection of unique tea blends. She is passionate about inclusivity, human rights, and promoting greater social progress.
