They have implications for learners, their families, and sector workforce, rippling out over wider society.

Miller Research is at the forefront of Education and Early Years research in Wales. We have undertaken innovative and impactful research independently and in partnership with other consultancies and universities. We are dedicated to celebrating success and driving positive change in the sectors.
Experience
Our experience includes large and complex evaluations of programmes in schools, childcare, and further education colleges. We have delivered numerous consultations for Welsh Government such as for additional guidance for the Curriculum for Wales and school uniform policy. Our research often covers major policy areas such as reform of the school year and reviewing the landscape of Early Years policies after Covid-19.
Engagement
We value the wealth of knowledge that stakeholders have. Our research regularly engages professionals in the sectors, learners of all ages in all settings, parents and caregivers, as well as representatives of entities such as the Education Workforce Council, unions, and Early Years umbrella organisations. In this way our findings are supported by a robust sample of evidence.
